CLS 280 and CLS 350 CGI

Outstanding smoothness and power delivery combined with modest fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. That is the profile of the 6-cylinder V-engines in the CLS.

The CLS 280 is available as an entry-level model. It delivers 170 kW (231 hp) and impresses with its readiness for the road. The CLS 350 CGI revs up even sportier: with an output of 215 kW (292 hp) and torque of 365 Nm, it accelerates in 6.7 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h. But the CLS 350 CGI also makes for big excitement with its economy as it injects the fuel at high pressure directly into the combustion chamber using special piezo injectors.

CLS 500

The CLS 500 has the inimitable effortlessness of an 8-cylinder engine. With an output of 285 kW (388 hp) and a muscular torque of 530 Nm, the V8 engine accelerates the CLS 500 from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds.

CLS 63 AMG

The CLS 63 AMG requires only 4.5 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h. Powered by a 6.3-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine with 378 kW (514 hp) and with an impressive torque of 630 Nm, it transforms itself into a high-performance sports car – with the comfort of a sporty saloon.
